Magical Girl OCs

That title is a bit misleading. These are not new OCs that happen to be magical girls. They are my old ocs as magical girls. The sizes are altered here to make them all proportionate--I'll upload the full sized versions to my tumblr in a minute. But for now, gaze upon this beauty. 

First up, we've got Francine. I wasn't sure whether to make her outfit blue or pink, so I asked JG and he said blue. I added in a bit of pink where I could though. Aside from the her face, the shading on her hair, and the length of her arms, I really like how she turned out. I've never actually watched a magical girl anime, so all of these outfits are based off of pictures on the internet. But I was sure to give her a ruffly skirt, since she's a ballerina and all, and lots of ribbons. She's here to fuck shit up yo. Just look at those eyes. You know she gon beat your ass.

Jade is next and she is hella cool okay. I was kind of unsure of what I was going to do for her colours at first. I wasn't sure about having her in black, though it is one of her favourite colours, but since her wings are green and since I wanted to give Rajata a green outfit, I decided to just go with it. And it looks glorious. I'm not sure exactly how magical girl her outfit looks. I still like it though. Her weapon is kind of boring, but I didn't really know what I was doing. And in case you can't tell, I put very little effort into shading the wings. Jade is going to murder you if you ever fuck with her family again. So back off.

Colouring Rajata: well that lace is going to be a pain in the ass.
I love my gal Rajata. The funny thing is that she was technically already a magical girl, seeing how she has magical powers and all. And yes, I did intentionally give her the biggest fucking weapon I could. Despite kind of ripping off shugo chara, I really like her outfit. It fits her so well. The legs too hhhh. And if you look at anything, LOOK AT THE BRAIDED PART OF HER HAIR. THE SHADING. JUST. LOOK AT IT. thank you. Rajata isn't really sure if she's going to hurt anyone...if you're instigating, she'll jump in to help the others, but otherwise...she'll just hang back. But don't doubt that she can beat your bitch ass.

Darshan, your hands are too tiny. This is unacceptable. Also, no one can see your gorgeous tiara. Boo. But hey, now you know what his new hairstyle is like. I didn't think I was going to like it as much as the old one, but I actually prefer it. It's waaaay easier to draw and looks better anyway. Besides, I designed this one myself, unlike the other one. So yeah. But here's my boy Darshan. This entire drawing was kind of sparked by a discussion I was having with killclown about how Darshan is kind of chill about gender/sexuality shit. Like, he doesn't care at all about relationships or sex, but he'll flirt with people or like compliment their boobs or whatever. And he's really laid back about wearing dresses. So I was like hey what if I draw Darshan as a magical gir--oh fuck now I'm going to draw them all. SO. I know I always draw him in like greys and blacks, but he actually really likes orange. It's his favourite colour, aside from black. And he is happy to be wearing it. And showing off his mysteriously hairless legs. I guess he waxes idk. And yes, he does smile sometimes. He's just always kind of bored/angry whenever I draw him. But he's happy to be defending the world here. You go, boy. You go.
